Choosing a RACV One Spa to visit? Here's the best of each.
Across the state-of-the-art RACV portfolio, OneSpa offers a diverse mix of wellness experiences that reflect each location’s unique landscape—whether you’re in the heart of Melbourne or on the coast in Noosa.
As a spa and wellness consultant, I had the pleasure of auditing each OneSpa location in person. While the audit itself remains highly confidential, what I can share are my personal experiences. Each site carries a distinct character, yet all are grounded in a shared commitment to care, quality, and Australian wellness done well.
VICTORIA
RACV City Club – Melbourne
Polished Wellness for the Corporate Set
Tucked inside RACV’s private Bourke Street City Club, OneSpa is a hidden gem for inner-city professionals. It’s not flashy or Instagram-ready, it’s quiet, consistent, and confidently low-key.
Designed for Club members and corporate guests, the experience is refined and efficient. The space feels more executive lounge than day spa, and that’s intentional—stress relief between meetings or a skincare refresh before a big event.
Treatments focus on results: massages, facials, and body therapies using LaGaia and P4O. Therapists are discreet, skilled, and highly regarded by loyal regulars who book direct, not online.
Insider Take: At RACV City Club, wellness is delivered with quiet confidence, it’s precise, discreet, and designed for people who value results over ritual.

RACV Cape Schanck Resort
Architectural Calm & Coastal Stillness
Cape Schanck isn’t just a destination, it’s a threshold between pace and presence. Perched at the tip of the Mornington Peninsula, it blends dramatic landscape with elemental design.
The spa is quietly refined. Warm timber, natural stone, and a muted palette create grounding calm the moment you step inside.
The bathing facilities are exceptional: a softly lit hammam, hydrotherapy jets, and a mineral pool designed for slow, intentional movement. The hammam which is heated to 39°C with a central marble slab, felt more sanctuary than steam room. At one point, I looked over and another guest was doing yoga. I call that hot yoga, luxury edition.
Insider Take: Book the Radiance Package, soak in the mineral pools, and let the architecture hold you. Stillness becomes a state of being here.

RACV Torquay Resort
Laid-Back Wellness by the Sea
RACV Torquay is where coastal ease meets wellness simplicity. It’s a spa that doesn’t try too hard, it just feels right.
The bathing zone is a highlight, featuring a warm room leading into the steam room, plus a mineral pool and hydrotherapy jets. The flow encourages the body to unwind slowly and completely.
The energy here is grounded and genuinely welcoming. Treatments feel tailored, not scripted, delivered by therapists who are fully present.
Insider Take: Pack swimwear, enjoy the thermal circuit, and take your time. At Torquay, wellness is simply part of the coastal rhythm.

RACV Healesville Country Club
Slow Rituals & Nature Wellness
In the heart of the Yarra Valley, OneSpa Healesville feels like a gentle exhale. Wrapped in rolling hills, towering gums, and birdsong, this spa doesn’t try to impress; it invites you to slow down.
Treatment rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass use nature as their artwork. Local therapists deliver grounded, unhurried rituals using LaGaia UNEDITED; presence blended with precision.
Even modern touches like LED light therapy are relaxed here, offered in a lounge overlooking nature rather than sterile rooms.
Sip herbal tea post-treatment and watch the wind roll over the hills.
This spa doesn’t follow trends, but instead follows the land. And sometimes, that’s exactly what your nervous system needs.
Insider Take: I suggest having the Signature ritual, as Healesville is the place to relax and truly unwind, while your partner plays a little golf.

QUEENSLAND
RACV Royal Pines Resort – Gold Coast
Quiet Luxury & Professional Wellness
OneSpa Royal Pines began under a marquee during renovations. Today, it’s a polished, purpose-built sanctuary that is professional, spacious, and quietly luxurious.
Wide corridors, neutral design, and private treatment zones create a serene rhythm. Long-standing therapists deliver exceptional care with no pressure or pretence.
Featuring LaGaia UNEDITED, treatments blend science and nature for long-term skin health. Post-golf unwinders, resort guests, and locals all value its consistent quality.
Insider Tip: Book midweek mid-morning for more space and a calmer flow of service.

RACV Noosa Resort
Restorative Rituals & Emotional Reset
OneSpa Noosa offers more than tropical calm; it’s an invitation to return to yourself.
Light-filled, airy, and honest, the spa avoids over-curation. Therapists are intuitive, responding to breath, tension, and energy rather than just the treatment plan. Sessions are supported by LaGaia UNEDITED, a brand that honours skin as a storyteller.
The recovery lounge features lavender water, warm chai tea, and soft quiet. No pressure. No hashtags. Just presence.
Guests leave glowing not because of makeup, but because they finally exhaled.
Insider Tip: It’s a kid-friendly location
